All candidates who have taken the Level 2 Awards in Food Safety are recommended to take a refresher course three years after completion.

Delivery style: Remote completion of workbook followed by one hour discussion session

Assessment: 30 multiple choice examination

Please note that you can only commence this course if you have evidence of prior successful completion of the Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering, for Manufacturing or for Retail.
